• Team captain’s full name;

The participant’s full name is recorded on the registration form on the day of the expedition. By completing this form, you take responsibility for your and your team’s conduct during the game.
The team captain’s full name is provided in the advance registration form to issue an invoice and confirm team participation.

The team’s e-mail address is used for sending invoices, important pre-event information, and for effective communication. It is not linked to any specific individual.
The team’s phone number is used for operational communication before and during the event in exceptional cases (e.g., delays, route changes).

By participating in our games, you consent to the use of photographs and video recordings taken during the event for organizational documentation and promotional purposes.
Such materials will not be used for third-party advertising without your explicit consent.

We store your personal data only as long as necessary to:

• organize and administer photo orienteering events;

• protect our legal rights in case of disputes, claims, or complaints;

• comply with the legal requirements of Latvia and the European Union.
